Cheylynda Barnard is a proven community leader with a track record of public service in our community. Cheylynda is a social worker with the Riverside County Department of Social Services and currently serves as Vice President of the Service Employee International Union, Local 721. She also serves on the Board of Directors of the Riverside Community Health Foundation.

Cheylynda has called Moreno Valley home since 2005 and lives with her husband, Jay, and their two sons. Learn more here.
